Greetings, I’m Toni Gebhardt, GRI Broker/Owner at Pacesetters Real Estate. As a devoted real estate professional, business owner, wife, and mother, I understand the importance of finding the perfect home or selling your current property with ease.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the industry, I’ve evolved from a Sales Associate to obtaining my Brokers License in 2007, and ultimately taking the helm as Sole Owner of Pacesetters in 2012. I’ve expanded our reach by adding Pacesetters Real Estate in Rochester to our portfolio in 2014, now boasting a team of 4 dedicated agents in Rochester and 6 in our Logansport Office, alongside myself.
My commitment to excellence is underscored by my completion of the Graduate Realtor Institute, ensuring that I stay ahead of market trends and provide you with the highest level of service. As an active member of the Indiana Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and as the 2012 Board President of the CIRMLS Board, I am deeply embedded in the real estate community.
